Contract HVAC work in the Tallahassee and surrounding areas.
Service Work (1-5 ton residential systems): $60/hour, 2-hour minimum paid (even if you're done in 30 minutes).
Changeouts (1-5 ton residential system): $600-$950.00 flat fee (labor only and depends on situation).
Must have reliable transportation and your own tools. This is often after-hours and weekend work, looking for drama free workers that have experience, do quality/clean work and don't argue. Quality is a must - we don't cut corners and don't get problem call backs.
