We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and design-savvy person to join our team as a Business Development Assistant at a reputable and fast-growing Design-Build Construction Company.
If you enjoy design, working with customers, and being involved in remodeling projects from start to finish, this is an amazing opportunity to grow with us.
Responsibilities include:
Book, schedule, and manage customer appointments
Visit potential customers and assist during in-home consultations
Support design selections and provide basic design guidance
Understand design layouts and help present options to clients
Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-up messages
Assist with customer documents, estimates, and project files
Pick up materials, samples, and handle returns as needed
Place and track material orders
Find, contact, and coordinate with subcontractors
Help manage subcontractor schedules and project timelines
Provide general support to the design & construction team
What we’re looking for:
Knowledge of interior design, remodeling, or kitchen/bath design
Familiarity with 2020 Design or willingness to learn
Strong communication and presentation skills
Highly organized, responsible, and proactive
Driver’s license & reliable transportation
Positive attitude and desire to grow with our company
Base pay + commission percentage
(HIGH earning potential — our average project ranges from $50,000 to $200,000)
