Group Home Manager – Behavioral Focus Home (APD Experience Required)

We are seeking an experienced, committed Group Home Manager to oversee daily operations in a behavioral-focused APD (Agency for Persons with Disabilities) home. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and passionate about providing high-quality care to individuals with developmental and behavioral needs.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage day-to-day operations of the home -Ensure APD and state compliance at all times
-Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance -Support residents with behavioral strategies and care plans
-Maintain documentation and incident reporting -Ensure a safe, structured, and supportive environment
-Communicate effectively with families, support coordinators, and APD representatives
Requirements:
-APD experience (required) -Clean background screening (mandatory) -Dependable transportation (must)
-Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills -Experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges
-Ability to work flexible hours as needed
