Seeking a reliable individual to be a field person for a busy management company in Saint Petersburg, Florida. Car provided for working, but cannot take it home. Duties would include but not limited to:
Placing signs, lockboxes and welcome gifts
Inspecting units and taking pictures
Opening doors for perspective residents
Meeting vendors and delivering notices
Must have a clean background and good driving record. Also, must be knowledgeable to maneuver through town be able to use a handheld tablet and have basic computer skills. This position is part-time for approximately 20 hours/ 3 days per week. Scheduling is flexible so long as hours worked are during 9-5 Monday - Friday. Retirees, parents with children in school or students are welcome to apply. No experience necessary. Need to be able to climb stairs.
