We are a smaller company (6 of us). We do residential service and construction. There is no on-call rotation, weekend calls are voluntary. All of us are very good at service as well as construction. So a plumber that has no problem doing both is ideal. We mostly work in Pinellas County, our shop is in Clearwater. We are paperless, we use Housecall Pro.
What I'm looking for is a plumber that does not smoke. Since I have a brand new custom ordered van.
Clean cut and has their own hand tools.
Can troubleshoot service calls and hold their own on a job site if needed.
Clean records. No weird personal issues that carry over into work.
