Alpha Zeta Landscapes — a respected, fast-growing landscape design + build + maintenance company — is seeking an exceptional Office & Operations Assistant to be the right hand to our Management and help keep our office running like a well-oiled machine.
We’re looking for someone who’s organized, upbeat, tech-comfortable, and eager to take ownership of the details that keep our company moving forward.
Your Role
Handle billing, invoicing, payables, and cutting checks in QuickBooks Online
Answer phones, route calls, and serve as a friendly first contact for clients and vendors
Maintain filing systems (digital & paper) — organize contracts, receipts, estimates, payroll, and project docs
Support scheduling, material ordering, and project documentation using Google Sheets / Docs / Drive
Help manage social media posts, website updates, and online marketing content
Keep the office stocked, tidy, and running smoothly
Learn and improve our internal systems — bring efficiency, ideas, and structure
