Role Description
This is an on call / as needed on-site role for a Gate Security position located on Hutchinson Island in Jensen Beach , FL. The role involves maintaining security by controlling access to the premises, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, and patrolling the area. The gatehouse is manned 24hrs a day 365 days a year. Hours will vary based on needs.
Qualifications
Valid security license or certification preferred but not necessary.
Excellent observation and communication skills
Ability to communicate with guests and residents.
Ability to stay alert and focused during shifts
Physical fitness and ability to sit / stand or walk for long periods
Reliability and integrity in handling security responsibilities
Experience with computers and CCTV preferred but not necessary.
