Forman

We are looking for an experienced and motivated foreman to lead and supervise a painting crew. The Foreman Painter will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing daily operations to ensure projects are completed safely, effectively and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in various painting methods to coordinate workflow while maintaining clear communication with team members, contractors and management. Supervise and manage a crew of painters assigning tasks and monitoring performance. Oversee all phases of painting projects, from preparation to final finishing. Maintain a safe and organized job site in compliance with company standards. Inspect completed work to guarantee quality and adherence to project specifications.
