Position Overview: Bluewater is seeking a construction laborer (utilities/ground preparation) who will assist with ground preparation, trenching, installation, and backfilling activities related to utility construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Assist with site preparation including digging, trenching and grading.
Support installation of underground utilities (water, sewer, storm drainage, electrical conduits, etc.)
Load, unload, and transport materials, tools and equipment, other responsibilities.
Requirements: Previous construction or utility experience preferred, ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, bending, digging, standing for long periods).
