Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding service to customers over the phone, via email, or in person.

Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while handling customer concerns.

Document customer interactions and update records in the company database.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle challenging situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends (if required).
