Local car dealership in Marietta looking for payment account representative to join our team to service auto finance loans.

Job duties include:
Taking payments
Calling, emailing, and texting customers in regards to past due payments
Working with customers on their loan
Work through a daily late list
Provide great customer service while servicing these clients' accounts
Able to work scheduled days on weekends & evenings (not every weekend and evening)
We are looking for someone that has a firm but pleasant personality, great communication & negotiation skills, problem solver, works well with others, can be professional, courteous, and pleasant when speaking with customers, computer literate, and customer service oriented.
