The VCA team provides a comprehensive range of consulting services to deliver solutions that address unique challenges in areas such as improving profitability, strategic growth, customer experience, digital payments and managing risk.The VCA team is looking for a Manager to join our Risk practice and play a role in delivering high-impact projects and solutions for Visa’s clients in the North America region. Assigned engagements may relate to core risk management areas for card portfolio management, including originations strategies, underwriting, fraud, credit line management, and collections. The Manager will also support practice leaders in business reporting, drafting internal presentations, sales materials, case studies, and with other duties as assigned.Specific Responsibilities:Lead client engagements across the credit risk lifecycle—origination, underwriting, portfolio management, and collections—ensuring delivery of actionable solutions.Partner with senior stakeholders to define and implement strategies that balance growth with risk, leveraging Visa’s data and analytics capabilities.Develop scalable approaches, toolkits, and best practices for underwriting, line management, and collections optimization.Champion and incorporate AI-driven solutions to enhance workflow and processes.Proactively identify opportunities to integrate analytics to enhance engagement offerings.Assess client programs against industry best practices, identify gaps, and deliver actionable recommendations for improvement.Work closely with sales, marketing, data science, legal, and global teams to deliver integrated credit risk solutions.This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
