We are seeking a reliable Full Time Trash Porter to maintain the exterior appearance of a property in downtown. The Porter will be responsible for keeping the parking lots clear of litter, emptying and relining communal trash containers, maintaining of trash compactor areas, leaf blowing, and reporting any illegal dumping to management and designated cleaning tasks as assigned.
This is a full=time position Monday - Friday. Hours to be determined but likely 8am-4pm. You must be consistent, team oriented, and communicative.
Key Responsibilities:
Sweep, blow, and maintain parking lots
Collect and dispose of on site trash and litter
Maintain dumpster areas
Report illegal dumping to management
Other cleaning duties as assigned
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
Must have reliable transportation
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
