● Perform daily inspections of the Property
● Clean the property daily
● Respond and assist with owners’ questions and concerns
● Enforce house rules and governing documents
● Identify maintenance issues and address or bring it to the board attention
● Post notices in common areas when required
● Oversee and coordinate schedules of contractors performing on-site work
● Respond to water leaks and other emergencies
● Furnish incident reports and assist the managing agent with necessary claims
● Purchase any necessary supplies and manage the inventory for the Association, including reconciling the use of any petty cash
● Attend regularly scheduled board meetings
