As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen operations with integrity, discipline, and excellence.
This role is intended for a seasoned professional with a proven ability to manage large teams, uphold high culinary standards, and execute consistent results in a high-volume environment.
Role Overview
The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for overseeing all back-of-house operations while leading a team of 30+ kitchen employees. The ideal candidate is hands-on, accountable, and capable of maintaining excellence while developing strong teams and future leaders.
Core Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and develop a kitchen team of 30 or more employees
Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management
Maintain exceptional standards for food quality, consistency, and presentation
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
Control food costs, labor, and inventory to meet financial objectives
Enforce company policies and operational procedures
Foster a culture rooted in honesty, teamwork, and high performance
Collaborate with ownership and senior leadership on operational improvements
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum of 3 years of Kitchen Management experience
Demonstrated success managing large teams (30+ employees)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
Honest, hardworking, and dependable with high standards of accountability
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
Sushi experience preferred but not required
