Starting rate for this position is $21 hourly + benefits

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Our ideal Line Cook takes initiative, stays focused in a fast-paced kitchen, and puts pride into every plate. You should have a medium understanding of kitchen procedures — like knife skills, basic prep work, station organization, and sanitation practices. Most importantly, you’re motivated, coachable, and excited to improve your craft.

THE BASICS — WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Prep ingredients and execute dishes with consistency and care

- Follow sanitation, food safety, and kitchen organization standards

- Maintain a clean, efficient workspace at all times

- Work collaboratively with the BOH team to keep service smooth

- Support the overall kitchen operation in a fast-paced environment

MUST HAVES

- Medium-level kitchen skills (knife work, sanitation, basic procedures)

- Full availability (nights, weekend brunch, holidays as needed)

- Strong work ethic and reliability

- Coachable attitude and willingness to learn

- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure

- Genuine passion for food and hospitality
