Maui Bridges, an agency provider for Medicaid waiver services on the islands of Oahu and Maui is seeking a service supervisor to join our team!
Ideal candidates will work with families with developmental disabilities by providing much needed managerial support in the implementation of services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Duties will include client in-takes, hiring, training, review, supervision and oversight of a client’s support plan. The ideal candidate will have strong communications skills along with strong written skills. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively plan and/or advocate for client services using established guidelines while working in collaboration with other team members as needed.
Requirements are as followed:
Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience; preferably relating to work with families and individuals with developmental disabilities.
Candidate requires a 4 year college degree, pass a background check and provide a tb clearance.
Prior administrative experience writing quarterly reports, hiring, and training a team on case protocols is preferred.
