We are seeking a reliable, responsible, and punctual Housekeeper to help maintain the cleanliness and safety of our buildings and property. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can work independently and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Ensure all common areas, walkways, and lobbies are clean and well-maintained
Vacuum and shampoo walkways on all floors
Clean trash chutes, railings, and lobby areas
Take down elevator pads by 4:00 PM daily
Clean elevators and glass windows
Perform light landscaping duties in front and around the building
Buffer and paint lobby floors as needed
Monitor surroundings and ensure storage and electrical rooms are organized and have clear pathways
Replenish cleaning supplies and notify the Administrative Assistant when stock is low
Assist with other duties as assigned by management
