Ground Transport, Inc. is a locally owned School Bus Transportation Company that has been operating in Hawaii for over 35 years. We are seeking a Full-Time School Bus Dispatcher and Reservationist who will be hands-on and a team player. This position is required to report to our Keaau - Shipman Industrial Park Office - Monday – Friday.

Full-Time
Team Player with a positive attitude who will be responsible for scheduling and routing both regular education and special education school bus routes. Taking School Bus and SPED Charter Reservations. Monitoring GPS, monitoring and responding on the two-way radio and answering phones in a professional and efficient manner. Will handle related paperwork and coordinate with DOE, Schools, Parents, Drivers, Customers and Coworkers
Requirements:
Prior Dispatching and Reservation experience preferably in the Transportation Industry
Will be required to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
Possess strong writing, communication, computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
Assist with various office duties as required.
