We are seeking reliable, professional, and punctual Security Guards with a valid Security Guard Card in good standing to join our team. Positions are available for both full-time and part-time schedules. Days may vary
Responsibilities:
Patrol property on foot and maintain a visible security presence at all times, must be able to walk up stairs, monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity, investigate incidents such as water leaks or house rule violations, issue House Rule Violation notices with photo and IR documentation, complete detailed incident reports and daily log entries, provide excellent customer service and assistance to residents, vendors, and guests, communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing, check and record electric meter readings and temperature readings on rooftops of all three buildings, must be able to climb ladders to install and remove elevator pads for move-ins, move-outs, deliveries, and contractors, assist with parcel issuance and deliveries as needed, work collaboratively with the management and maintenance teams
Qualifications:
Current Hawaii Security Guard Card (required)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer proficiency
Excellent decision-making and teamwork abilities
Ability to walk and climb stairs for extended periods
Dependable, professional appearance, and courteous demeanor
Flexible with workdays and hours
