We're an established construction/renovation contractor on Kauai's north shore, working with new builds, condo and SFR remodels, and various projects for existing clientele . If you need detailed processes, corporate structure, and everything organized perfectly, this isn't your spot. But if you're the kind of person who wants room to grow, can bring order to chaos, solve problems on the fly, and enjoy some flexibility, while doing quality work, we should talk.
Core Skills:
-Solid carpentry experience (framing, finish work, repairs - tell us your specialty)
-Ability to read plans and work independently
-Leadership/management experience a plus- we could use assistance to coordinate workers and projects
-Willingness to teach and involve less experience workers who want to grow.
-Problem-solver mindset (because things rarely go exactly as planned)
-Own reliable transportation and basic tool set

What You'd Be Doing
-Leading carpentry projects from start to finish
