What You’ll Do
Run daily field operations — crews, schedules, equipment, all under your command.
Keep the site safe, clean, and ahead of schedule — no shortcuts.
Communicate clearly between the field, management, and stakeholders.
Push every project to Alpha-level standards — precision, performance, pride.
What You Bring
2+ years as a Foreman or Field Supervisor (civil utility or water infrastructure).
Proven leadership — you earn respect because you deliver results.
Deep connection to Kaua‘i — you know the land, the people, and the work ethic it takes here.
Safety-first mindset and sharp problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Mac-based tools.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
