We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Machine Maintenance Technician to help keep our production operations running smoothly.
Position Overview:
The Machine Maintenance Technician will inspect, maintain, and repair our bottling and production machinery. This role is key to keeping our equipment operating safely and efficiently — ensuring we meet production demands and uphold our high quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on bottling equipment
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
Replace parts, calibrate machines, and ensure optimal performance
Keep detailed maintenance logs and inventory records
Work with the production team to schedule maintenance with minimal downtime
Follow all safety procedures and promote a safe work environment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification a plus)
1+ year of hands-on maintenance or mechanical repair experience
Knowledge of machinery operations, pneumatics, hydraulics and electrical systems
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work well in a team environment
Physically able to lift and move heavy equipment parts as needed
