We are a family owned and operated excavation company looking for Heavy Equipment Operators. Our main operations are single family home excavation. We are looking for self-motivated individuals to keep up the pace of our timelines and work ethic. The most important is that this is very physical job and you will need to move with intension, Be mindful of your surroundings and Reliable. We are willing to train the right individual in our operations. Must be able to keep up with workload/deadlines. Consistent workload with the exception of the winter (frozen) months. Dec & Jan
Experienced Operators Only.
Requirements:
Must be 18 + with valid driver's license.
Transportation with valid auto insurance
Able to work 40+ hours per week
Have strong work ethic
Hold a positive attitude and a (get the job done) personality trait
Physically able to keep up with the demands of the work
Trainable in all aspects of the jobsite and equipment used safely
A team player and reliable
Show Initiative in work training and be able to multi-task
3-5 Years experience excavating is a MUST
Job Description:
Single family home excavation including dirt and three-quarter rock placement.
Shoveling/raking of dirt and 3/4 in garage footing walls and patio areas
Assist other Heavy Equipment Operators
Install Water lines under footings
Install sewer lines running to main lines
Install conduit from main line
Back fill all utilities
Rake sand inside open crawl space
Install Driveway, sidewalks and parking strip drains. (Laborer assisted)
Back fill Garages and patios at grade
Read All elevation and grading plans
