We’re hiring a CNC Operator to join our commercial millwork team. The ideal candidate has experience running CNC machinery, reading shop drawings, and producing precise, high-quality wood components.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, program, and operate CNC equipment for millwork production
- Read and interpret shop drawings and cut lists
- Check accuracy and quality throughout production
- Maintain machines and work area for safety and efficiency
- Work with production team to meet deadlines
Requirements:
- Experience operating CNC machinery (wood or cabinet/millwork preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to lift materials and stand for extended periods
