Geosynthetic Advisors LLC is an environmental construction company specializing in HDPE liner installations and containment systems. We are seeking reliable and hardworking crew members to join our team and assist in field operations such as liner installation, material handling, and site cleanup.
Position Overview
The Construction Laborer will work as part of a field crew helping to pull liner sheets, pick up scraps, and support site supervisors with materials and equipment. This position involves physically demanding work in outdoor environments and offers opportunities for growth and increased pay after a short probationary period.
Pay & Benefits
Starting Rate: $18/hour
Pay Increase: After 3 weeks based on performance and reliability

Key Responsibilities
Assist with liner installation, pulling liner sheets, and collecting scraps
Perform general labor and cleanup duties around job sites
Help load, unload, and organize materials and equipment
Walk long distances on steep slopes (1:1, 2:1, and 3:1) and uneven terrain
Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs as needed
Work safely in all weather conditions (hot, cold, or odorous environments)
Fuel, clean, and maintain equipment as directed
Arrive on time and ready to work each scheduled day
Communicate professionally with supervisors, clients, and team members
Follow all company, client, and regulatory safety procedures
Requirements
Must be able and willing to perform physical labor in outdoor field conditions
Reliable transportation to and from local job sites
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs on a regular basis
Comfortable working in extreme weather conditions
Strong work ethic, dependability, and teamwork attitude
Commitment to safety and attention to detail
Must be 18 for insurance and safety purposes
Need a reliable car for transport to jobsite
Residents of Twin Falls and surrounding areas preferred
