Donor Experience Officer

As a Donor Experience Officer, you’ll be at the center of IU Athletics’ momentum during an electrifying season of Hoosier football and growing fan excitement. You’ll be fully integrated with the IU Athletics Department to engage passionate supporters and strengthen their connection to the programs they love. Through personalized outreach, digital engagement, and Varsity Club initiatives like priority points and exclusive game-day experiences, you’ll help fuel scholarships, facilities, and championship-level support for student-athletes across all 24 varsity sports.What You’ll Do:Engage 500–1,000 IU Athletics donors through personalized outreach and storytelling, executing 30+ personalized touchpoints daily via video, email, and phoneWork alongside the athletic department, partner with Varsity Club, and an Individual Giving Officer to align with the IU Foundation and IU Athletics goals.Leverage tools like EverTrue Signal, and digital engagement platforms to manage your donor pipelineUse analytics to prioritize outreach and maximize donor engagement
