General Construction Skills include Painting: Surface prep, priming, cutting, rolling, and spraying Drywall: Hanging, taping, mudding, patching, sanding
Demolition: Clean, safe removal of materials and finishes
General Construction Support: Material handling, job site protection, light hardware install, site cleanup, punch list completion
Experience with painting and finish work, Experience on luxury/high-end projects
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on experience $20 to $25+ per hr
