We are seeking a skilled and experienced handyman to join our team. The primary duties for this position include exterior and interior remodeling with proficiency in repairing siding, painting, carpentry, drywall installation, flooring, cabinet installation, stone and tile work, plumbing and electrical and landscaping.
Requirements:
Demonstrable experience in repairing siding, painting, carpentry, drywall installation, flooring, cabinet installation, stone and tile work, plumbing and electrical and landscaping.
Must be reliable and have good communication skills.
Ability to perform all tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Must have a valid driver's license and must have a reliable truck.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $23 - $25 per hour (based on experience and skill level).
Payment is contingent upon proficiency in all the above-mentioned tasks.
