Midwest Dental Arts, a full-service dental laboratory located in Swisher, Iowa, is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Mill Technician to join our growing team. Whether you have prior dental lab experience or you're mechanically inclined and eager to learn, this could be the opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain dental milling machines (e.g., Roland, VHF, etc.)
Load digital designs into the milling system and manage milling workflow
Monitor milling operations to ensure product quality
Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
Collaborate with CAD designers and other lab staff
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a dental lab or with milling/CAD equipment is a plus but not required
Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
Comfortable using computers and following technical workflows
Strong work ethic, reliability, and team collaboration skills
