We are seeking a Client Account Representative to serve as a key point of contact between Skillbridge Academy and our clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, professional, and motivated to build strong client relationships while contributing to the overall success of the organization.The Client Account Representative will manage client communications, support account activities, and ensure a high level of satisfaction through consistent, high-quality service.ResponsibilitiesAct as a primary contact for assigned client accountsMaintain and strengthen long-term client relationshipsUnderstand client needs and ensure accurate follow-upCoordinate internally to support client requests and objectivesTrack account activity and maintain accurate recordsProvide professional, timely communication and supportAssist in identifying opportunities for account growth and improvement
