Customer Research, Inc. (CRI), a 50-year marketing research firm is seeking at-home telephone agents to conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
We are looking for candidates with a strong work ethic who are self-starters. We have shifts available Monday 11:00 AM- 5:00 PM Tuesday-Thursday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM PST and Friday 9:00 PM to 3:00 PM PST. We ask that all candidates work a minimum of 20 hours a week.
The ideal candidate is seeking supplemental income and/or part-time work.
Job requirements:
- Live in Kansas
- Willing to submit to a criminal background check
- Pleasant and upbeat telephone voice and demeanor
- Ability to follow a script without sounding scripted
- Strong writing, spelling and grammar skills
- A quiet room where you will not be disturbed
Compensation
- $11.00 per hour starting
