24’+ box truck
Drivers need valid, current license, med card and must pass MVR check
Drivers and helpers must pass background check
Insurance requirements:
GL: $1,000,000 limit / $2,000,000 aggregate
Auto: $1,000,000 combined single limit
Cargo: $50,000 limit
