Customer Service Representative / Call Taker – 25–30 hrs/wk, 7am–3pm (Framingham)

Tommy’s Taxi is hiring a customer-focused, reliable Call Taker to be the friendly voice our passengers depend on. If you enjoy structured work, steady hours, and helping people get where they need to go, this role fits well.

You’ll answer incoming calls, schedule trips in our dispatch system, and assist passengers with questions or special requests. It’s straightforward, predictable work that rewards calm, organized people skills.

Hours:

25–30 hours per week

Monday–Friday

Shift roughly 7am–3pm (flexible within that window)

What we’re looking for:

Extremely reliable and punctual

Comfortable using computers and learning simple software

Warm, patient customer service approach

Able to stay focused during busy stretches

Spanish or Portuguese speakers strongly encouraged

Local knowledge of Framingham and surrounding towns is a plus — helps with smooth trip entry and clear communication
