Miss Queen House Cleaning Boston is a small but growing residential cleaning service that focuses on reliable, high quality home cleanings for clients across the Boston area. We’re looking for a friendly and organized Customer Support Representative to help manage day to day communication with our customers.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages from new and returning customers
Help clients book cleaning appointments and update scheduling changes
Provide accurate service information and pricing when requested
Follow up with customers after cleanings to ensure satisfaction
Handle basic questions or concerns in a calm, professional manner
Keep notes and customer details updated in our system
Assist with simple billing questions or payment confirmations
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Comfortable handling customer conversations over phone and email
Able to work remotely, full-time
Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
Basic computer skills required
No experience necessary since we provide full training
