Seeking an assertive candidate or two with strong customer service and communication skills to dispatch drivers for Brewer's and Sakstrup's Towing companies in Ann Arbor.
Experience is not needed!
Knowledge of the Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti area is required.

We are looking for part-time or full-time assistance.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and doing multiple tasks at once. No two days are alike at this job some days are hectic and other days are slow.
Duties include:
Answering phones
Entering calls in the computer
Monitoring the GPS locations of trucks
Dispatching calls
Assisting tow truck drivers with credit card payments, directions and paperwork
Releasing vehicles from lots
Maintaining a clean office space
Our Dispatchers work out of our safe and secure Sakstrup's facility at 5600 S. State Rd. Opportunity to work in Vehicle Release at Brewer's as well, located at 1763 Plymouth Road. Reliability and punctuality are required.
