We are looking for a reliable Snow Plow Operators to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating a snow plow to clear roads, driveways, and parking lots of snow and ice. The ideal candidates will have their own vehicle and have experience operating heavy machinery, the ability to work in all weather conditions, and the physical strength and stamina necessary to complete the job. We are looking for someone who is safety-minded and takes pride in their work.
Responsibilities:
Operate snow plow and other snow removal equipment.
Follow safety procedures when operating snow removal equipment.
Clear roads, sidewalks, and other areas of snow and ice.
Inspect equipment before and after use.
Perform routine maintenance on snow removal equipment.
Provide a high-quality service for our clients.
The position will start in November and end at the final snow fall which tends to be the end of April.
Qualifications:
For operators- Be able to operate one or more of the following: plow truck, salt truck, wheel loader, skid steer
Valid Driver’s license and a clean driving record.
A working phone is required to be able to communicate with supervisor on a daily/nightly basis.
What we need:
Subcontractors with your own truck, plow, and salter, please have your own truck with a plow
Individuals who can operate a Skid Steer
Compensation:
Operators Average $70/hr
Snow Removal Technicians start at $20/hr
Snow Removal Leads start at $25/hr
