We are seeking experienced, reliable, and skilled individuals for Snow Plowing and Shoveling operations in South Minneapolis. We offer top hourly rates PLUS a minimum weekly retainer to ensure steady income.
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU:
STABILITY: $600+ Weekly Retainer GUARANTEED. This covers your 30 minimum hours per week.

COMMERCIAL SNOW PLOW OPERATOR: Experienced operator for an individual route.
RESIDENTIAL SNOW PLOW / SHOVELING LEAD: Lead a small team for a dedicated residential route.
REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE):
VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE and clean driving record.
PROVEN EXPERIENCE in commercial or residential snow plowing and/or shoveling.
Ability to work irregular hours (nights, early mornings, weekends) during snow events.
MUST LOVE WORKING OUTDOORS!
