Responsible for the upkeep of the facility/building. Complete work orders daily. Light maintenance.
The successful applicant will also be capable of performing indoor and outdoor maintenance activities, troubleshooting technical issues, keeping accurate notes and scheduling routine and emergency maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair broken equipment.
Have knowledge of electrical and electrical systems.
Be able to operate basic hand tools and test equipment.
Be able to speak with people to understand their problems, concerns, and requirements.
