We are seeking a warm, professional Guest Service Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our salon and ensure every guest experience is exceptional from start to finish.
The Guest Service Coordinator plays a key role in creating a positive, reassuring atmosphere for our guests. This role combines front-desk responsibilities with guest support, schedule management, and ensuring that the salon operates smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet clients and create a comfortable, confidential environment.
Manage check-in and check-out processes with professionalism and care.
Answer phone calls, respond to email inquiries, and schedule appointments.
Maintain accurate guest records and handle sensitive information discreetly.
Support guests with questions about services, treatments, and products.
Manage guest appointments and service provider schedules via Meevo
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and retail areas.
Process payments.
Assist with inventory, retail sales, and product knowledge.
Uphold a compassionate, judgment-free tone consistent with our brand values.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in guest service, front desk, spa/salon, or medical office preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional in sensitive client situations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Tech-savvy with experience using scheduling software (or willingness to learn).
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced yet intimate environment.
