What We Need:
Hourly, as-needed basis
General handyman services (plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, etc.)
Ability to respond reasonably quickly for tenant issues
Quality work at fair rates
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience with residential repairs
Own tools and transportation
General liability insurance (required)
Good communication and reliability
References from previous clients, landlords, or property management companies
