Our extended-stay hotel is currently looking for an experienced maintenance person to work 30+ hours per week. Hours are daytime hours between 9 am and 5 pm Monday thru Friday with an hour off from 12-1 for lunch. Optional Saturday hours are 10 am to 2 pm.
Most of our maintenance involves light plumbing and electrical repairs, moving furniture and small appliances, furniture repair, shampooing carpets, drywall repairs, painting, make ready's, etc. No HVAC license required.
This is a year-round position.
Having your own tools is ok but not required.
We have zero tolerance for drug usage. All employees are required to pass background and drug screening before hire and are subject to random drug testing thereafter.
