We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design and be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat). You’ll be responsible for creating marketing materials, digital assets, and print designs for clients. The position is a full-time, 40-hour-a-week, in-person position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create eye-catching graphics and engaging designs

Handle graphic design projects from start to finish

Develop and maintain image library files

Coordinate with outside agencies and services as needed

Prepare print-ready files with accurate bleeds, colors, and layouts

Work directly with customers to bring their ideas to life

Submit rough layouts for project approval

Manage tight deadlines and goals

Comfortable managing a workload of multiple projects and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Must be available Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience as a graphic designer (portfolio required)

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Knowledge of Canva and Microsoft Excel preferred

Knowledge of Offset and Digital printing preferred

Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and time-management abilities

Excellent customer service skills

Understanding of basic print setup (resolution, color, bleeds, etc.)

Experience with Xerox Digital Presses is a plus
