This is Butler’s Pantry.

Butler's Pantry is looking for a great team player to joins us as a Venue Operations Coordinator.

The Venue Operations Coordinator will take on a variety of tasks related to day-to-day maintenance & set up at our exclusive venues. This person will be expected to follow all processes put into place by the Leadership team to ensure efficacy is met with all tasks. This person must be reliable and committed to working in a physically demanding position. This person must also be positive and professional at all times.

Your COMMITMENT to us:

GET THE JOB DONE (The necessary stuff)

Set & strike event layouts successfully and in an efficient manner

Collaborate with the operations team on all venue rental drop offs and pick ups

Ensure venue pars are checked weekly

Maintain the cleanliness all venue floors – deep cleaning when needed

Report any building or equipment issues to Operations Leadership in a timely manner

Support overall exterior and interior venue cleanliness

Support the quarterly inventory

Other responsibilities and duties as assigned

Additional Qualifications and Requirements:

Professional appearance and conduct to include adhering to the uniform policy at all times

Strong work ethic

Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail

Competency to manage several projects and activities at the same time

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Experience working successfully in a team-based, client service environment

Well disciplined, able to work under the pressure of many priorities and deadlines

Willingness and ability to receive instructions to carry out requested tasks

Ability to work a flexible schedule

Valid Driver’s License is required

Able to sit, stand and walk, for extended periods of time

Ability to lift heavy loads (50lbs) is required

Good communication skills
