Job Description:
As a Server Assistant Be Polite Hospitality, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will work closely with our servers and kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized dining area, assist in delivering food and beverages, and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently.
Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including floors and restrooms.
Ensure that tables are properly set up with clean utensils, napkins, and glassware.
Respond to guest requests and provide excellent customer service.
Assist in restocking and replenishing supplies as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Friendly and positive attitude.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
