Hiring for a full time Office Assistant position.
Preferred Experience/Qualifications:
-Highly preferred that candidate has some experience or credentials in the following: Title work, Real Estate, or Conventional Lending.
-Prior experience in an office environment.
-Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Suite 365.
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced detail-oriented environment.
-Strong communication and customer service skills.
-Reliable, professional, and motivated to learn new skills and gain advanced credentials.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
-Processing commercial real estate financing requests.
-Borrower onboarding.
-Communication with RE Brokers, Title Companies, Escrow Agents to process lending transactions.
-Facilitate CFI lending analysis & document origination.
-Organize loan closings and Long-Term Escrow Setup.
-Provide Contract Maintenance for Loan transactions.
-Digital & physical file organization and maintenance.
-Provide assistance in website/portal updates.
-Support lending advertising & marketing.
