This position partners closely with cross-functional teams and operational performance while applying Lean principles to reduce waste and improve lead times.HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACTDevelop, maintain, and communicate daily production schedules to meet customer requirements.Coordinate with Customer Service to prioritize and expedite key customer orders.Manage raw material inventory levels from procurement through consumptionOversee material flow and usage to minimize waste and optimize efficiencyMonitor and control Work-in-Process (WIP) and Finished Goods inventoryApply Lean principles, including Kanban, within the value stream to streamline operationsDrive initiatives to reduce manufacturing lead times and improve overall throughputUtilize key metrics and Lean tools to engage employees in continuous improvement efforts
