Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items consistently and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Work independently during assigned shifts
- Communicate effectively with bartenders and staff
Requirements:
- Previous cook or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Valid Southern Nevada Health Card (required)
- Valid Food Handler Card (required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
