Makai Grill at 7930 W Tropical Pkwy Suite 140, Las Vegas, NV 89149 is looking to grow our 40 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working.
Responsibilities:
Train and manage a crew of 3 to 6 employees and maintain labor cost to a set amount determined by your GM
Monitor Food quality and quantity.
Greet customers entering and leaving the business.
Maintain a clean and tidy work area
Accurately process all cash and credit payments
Provide exceptional customer service
Set up workstations
Follow health and safety guidelines
Prepare ingredients for use during shift
Qualifications
Proven working experience as a cashier, griller, or in customer service
Basic mathematical skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to listen and communicate effectively
