Job Duties Generally Include all aspects of litigation cases.
On a regular basis you will:
Communicate with Clients
Managing all aspects of the litigation Files
Schedule Arbitrations, ECC’s, Depositions, Drafting and responding to written discovery and other tasks involved with the case through resolution via settlement or trial.
Required Experience/Skills:
1+ Years experience working with Plaintiff Personal Injury Claims
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks – Have Initiative
Be organized
Ability to get along well with others
Preferred Experience/Skills
Spanish fluency is helpful but not required.
Excellent computer skills
MS Office Experience
